Social Software Analytics – Infographic

If Enterprise 2.0 software is used internally for the purpose of crowd sourcing, social forecasting, innovation / trend mining or / and research and development social software analytics can be seen as an intersection of social media, social enterprise and analytics (monitoring).

In this case social software has to be considered as a set of intra-company (corporate) social software tools on the one hand and external social media tools on the other hand.

A third force in this field of research (along with social media and social enterprise data) has to be traditional market research to receive an overall view, depending on a strategic ranking decision.
